This gilded bronze vessel was probably used as a wine warmer. Decorative elements on this vessel include the cast animal-shaped attachments, the three bar feet, and ring handles combined with masks. Free-standing birds perch on the lid's edge, and a fantastic cat-like creature forms the loop of the ring on top.
