[Necklace] A special cut, a starburst, gives these fancy yellow diamonds their sparkle. Light interacting with nitrogen in the diamonds' crystalline structure makes them appear yellow. Fancy diamonds--those with deep colors like yellow and blue--are exceedingly rare and highly prized.

The necklace's fifty matched diamonds together weigh about 245 carats. The earrings feature two yellow diamonds weighing about 25.3 carats each. The ring provides the setting for a 61.2-carat diamond.
